• Suggested Glassware: lowball/rocks glass
• 3 oz Gold Peak Sweet TeaÌý
• 1 oz hot honey syrup (combine equal parts hot honey and warm water)Ìý
• ½ oz lemon juiceÌý
• ½ oz lime juiceÌý
• Hot honey, for the rimÌý
• Salt, for the rimÌý

Directions:

• Coat the rim of your glass with hot honey and salt the rim. Set aside.Ìý
• In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Gold Peak Sweet Tea, hot honey syrup, and lemon juice.Ìý
• Shake until chilled.Ìý
• Pour into the prepared glass.
