1)���������������������ٲ�: The Coca‑Cola® Golden Corral® MLS® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., D.C. and Puerto Rico (“Eligibility Area”) who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and as of May 5, 2025, possess a web-enabled mobile device (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company (the “Sponsor”), Coca‑Cola bottlers, Golden Corral Corporation, Major League Soccer L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities”) WPP plc, and their respective parent companies, related subsidiaries and affiliated companies, divisions, affiliates, franchisees, prize providers, and advertising and promotion agencies including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”) (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

2)��Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 16, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3)��How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

There are two (2) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:��

• Golden Corral Rewards App (entry with beverage purchase):
  Locate the specially-marked marketing materials at a participating Golden Corral location and scan the quick response code (“QR Code”) to be directed to download and sign into the Golden Corral app (the “Golden Corral App”) or access the Golden Corral App directly via your web-enabled mobile device. If you don’t have the Golden Corral App, you can download it for free to your web-enabled mobile device at either the Apple® App Store or the Google® Play store.�� Next, sign-in or create a free Golden Corral App account (“Account”), then locate the rewards section within the Golden Corral App and click the “Earn” button.�� Then, have the cashier scan your Golden Corral App rewards quick response code (the “Rewards QR Code”) and make a purchase of any Coca‑Cola beverage (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating Golden Corral location. If you failed to provide your Rewards QR Code to the cashier prior to making your Qualifying Purchase, you can follow the instructions within the “Earn” section of the Golden Corral App to scan the receipt QR Code on your printed receipt or manually enter the receipt barcode number also located on your printed receipt.�� Once you follow one (1) of the steps above and complete a Qualifying Purchase you will receive one (1) entry (“Qualifying Purchase Entry”) into the random drawing. Limit one (1) Qualifying Purchase Entry per Entrant per day. Entries in excess of this limit are void. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending the same day at 11:59 pm ET, except for May 6, 2025 which will begin at 10:00 am ET and end the same day at 11:59 pm ET.����
  
  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Qualifying Purchase Entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Qualifying Purchase Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Qualifying Purchase Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
  
  
• Via Mail (without beverage purchase):
  To enter without making a beverage purchase, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a number ten (#10) envelope with sufficient postage affixed, to: The Coca‑Cola® Golden Corral® MLS® Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7765, Melville, NY 11775-7765 (“AMOE Entry”). AMOE Entries must be postmarked by June 16, 2025 and received by June 23, 2025, in order to be included in the random drawing. Each mailed AMOE Entry will count as one (1) entry into the random drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. AMOE Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the AMOE Entry process are void. AMOE Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

Qualifying Purchase Entries and AMOE Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entries”. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.��

4)��Random Drawing(s): On or about June 24, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize winner, ten (10) First Prize winners and twenty-five (25) Second Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received. Drawing(s) will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing(s). The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

5)��Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value(s) (“ARV”):

Grand Prize is a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to attend the MLS All Star Match on July 23, 2025 in Austin, TX. Prize�� includes two (2) match tickets, two (2) Skills Challenge tickets, two (2) pre-match field passes, round-trip economy air transportation for Grand Prize winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home to Austin, TX, hotel accommodations for Grand Prize winner and travel companion [based on one (1) room, double occupancy], $500 in spending money awarded in the form of a check to winner, and a $250 digital ride share gift card for ground transportation.

The Grand Prize must be used on dates specified or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected with no additional compensation provided, time permitting. Additional restrictions and blackout dates apply. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. If the Grand Prize winner elects to partake in any or all portions of their prize with no travel companion, the prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner only and any participating travel companion and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. The Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, or other TSA-approved ID; visit for a list of TSA-approved IDs). Travel companion (or winner on behalf of minor travel companion) must complete a Release of Liability prior to departure. A minor going on the trip as the travel companion of the Grand Prize winner must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at all times (i.e., the Grand Prize winner). Failure to obtain required travel documents by Grand Prize winner and travel companion may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible Entries. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within the above prize description and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value. MLS All Star Match tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions specified thereon and may not be resold. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel early and/or eject them from the match, and send the Grand Prize winner and travel companion home with no obligations or compensation to Grand Prize winner. ��Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must also follow any applicable COVID or other protocols in place at time of travel.

Limit of one (1) First Prize or Second Prize per person/household. Gift cards and store codes are subject to terms and conditions and must be used as directed. If a Second Prize winner does not reside within 100 miles of a Golden Corral Restaurant, they may request to receive an alternate Sponsor-specified gift card of the same value. Resale of prizes is prohibited. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of their prize for the year the prize is awarded.

6)��Winner Notification/Prize Fulfillment: The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”), within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as the Grand Prize winner. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Declaration within three (3) days, the Declaration is returned as undeliverable, said Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected, time permitting. Declaration will be sent via email. Failure to obtain required travel documents by Grand Prize winner/travel companion may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible Entries received. The potential First and Second Prize winners will be notified by the Administrator by email and will be required to confirm their eligibility, within three (3) days of notification. If potential prize winner notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Entrant fails to return the required verification documents or respond within the required time frame, said Entrant may be disqualified and a potential alternate prize winner may be selected. In addition, if a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible or if they do not comply with the Official Rules, said Entrant will be disqualified. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates per prize may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winner’s tickets will be delivered via email 48 hours prior to the match and Administrator will contact the Grand Prize winner within 1-2 weeks after winner verification to arrange travel. First Prizes will be sent via email and Second Prizes will be sent via USPS within 6-8 weeks after winner verification. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. ��Once it is confirmed that a prize has been delivered to a winner’s provided address, the Sponsor is no longer responsible for the security of that prize and will be unable to replace the prize in the event it is stolen/damaged. Any unclaimed/returned prizes will be not be awarded. Any winners who have any inquiries regarding their prize fulfillment must contact customer support within six (6) months after the Sweepstakes has ended (and any outstanding prizes will be forfeited after that time).

7)��Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor, the SUM Entities, and each of their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

8)��General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules will be disclosed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants, winners, and Grand Prize winner’s travel companion release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.

9)��Fraudulent/Disruptive Activities: Any attempt to tamper with, interfere with, or manipulate the Entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, Entries, or the prize determination, including, but not limited to, the use of AI, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent identities, is strictly prohibited. Entries generated by AI, script, macro, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, will be disqualified and may result in the Entrant being disqualified and banned from future promotions conducted by Sponsor and its affiliates. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of engaging in this prohibited conduct, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or engaging in any activity that violates these Official Rules. Any such actions may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to not only disqualify such individual but seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any Entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.

10)��Disputes: Entrant agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) they release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all of the other Released Sweepstakes Parties from and all any and all claims; (b) claims arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA; (c) Entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Georgia for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual damages of no more than $100, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (e) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or the Released Sweepstakes Parties in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

11) Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

The SUM Entities are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Sweepstakes. All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.
